I had a mixture of experiences during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a plus. there were issues like uncleaned areas and inadequate towels for our group size. While the staff were helpful in addressing some requests, the room service was lacking and there were noisy guests during the night. Cleanliness needs a major upgrade!!! Mold in bathrooms, dirty carpets, and stained furnishings are unacceptable!!! Provide proper maintenance notifications for unserviced rooms!!! Improve communication regarding facilities like the spa!!!

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed a game of pool at Pat's Garage Sports Bar, and also caught a great event at the nearby stadium. The location was convenient, making it a perfect spot for us! The staff was friendly and helped us out with our requests.

We faced a little trouble with the room not being properly cleaned upon arrival, which was a bummer. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, but they did send someone quickly to fix it.
